In this chapter you can find how to start a step of an instance and how to process it. The whole procedure is explained using examples. The procedure is the same for every instance or step. Processing a step always follows the same pattern.
Please note: Blocked users cannot edit process steps even if the process steps are assigned by user name or role. This also applies to users who were blocked after they received the steps. For more information, please see the administration manual (chapter: Blocked users).
