Process owners monitor and control steps and instances in JobRouter. Different rights can be assigned to different users or Job Functions using the process management. Those rights allow the users to perform different actions, e.g. assign or delete steps or export instances. If a user or Job Function has been determined as process owner, the process owner or the members will get access to the steps overview or instance overview admin tools. You can either access these tools using the JobRouter navigation menu or the admin tools Monitoring.
