JobRouter manages your users and also your Job Functions. These Job Functions normally correspond to a function within the company (role), such as manager of financial accounting, chief executive, or cost center manager. Several JobRouter users can be assigned to one Job Function, forming a group.
JobRouter process workflows are usually best expressed using Job Functions. That way, the process stays independent of the staff structure. Persons and functions can be easily altered using the user and Job Function administration, thus avoiding having to alter processes when the staff changes.
