Assign a step to another user or to a Job Function. Doing so prevents you from working on the step further. The chosen user can process the step and send it on when completed.
Which users or Job Functions are available for selection depends on the configuration defined in the process design:
•Process Job Functions - only the Job Functions assigned to the process of these can be selected.
•All Job Functions - you can choose from Job Functions in the JobRouter system.
•Defined JobFunctions - explicitly defined roles in the action button configuration.
•Process Users - only the users assigned to the process of these can be selected.
•All Users - all users can be selected
•Defined Users - explicitly defined users in the action button configuration.
If there is no selection option to assign the step to e.g. a role, then this is configured by the process design.

In the comment field you can enter a text, if necessary. Click on Assign to close the pop-up window automatically. You will be returned to the box where you started the step and the step will be forwarded to the selected user or Job Function.
