Within JobRouter, individual functions are denoted with unique, constantly recurring symbols. The following table lists them.

Form symbols |
|
Go to the previous step or next step. |
|
|
With Send you finish the step of the instance. It will be forwarded to the system. JobRouter automatically chooses the next step or steps. The instance will be forwarded accordingly. Further actions will be listed with the arrow. These will be defined in the Step Features. Possible actions are: •End process - Finalize an instance •Information request - You can send the step together with an information request to another user or another Job Function. •Answer - You can answer the other user who has send you the step with an information request. •Assign - Assign the step to another user or another Job Function. •Back - You send the step back to the user, who handled or send it last. •Postpone - You can postpone a step for a freely definable time. After this time the step appears in your inbox again. •Jump to - With this function you can determine the next step directly through the select menu. •Abort - Abort instance. |
Save your entered data with Save. If the step was assigned to a Job Function it becomes temporarily unavailable for other members. |

With batch processing you can handle process steps faster and easier. |

You can reserve a step so that other members of your Job Function can not work on it any more. |

When tracking is active you can follow a step's processing under the box Tracking, but you can no longer work on it. |

In the process management this symbol indicates that this is a read-only process. You can't open the JobRouter designer of the process. |

In the process management, in the context menu of a process you can open a dialog with this symbol to create or edit process owners, process functions and their rights for a process. |
