Another possibility to display and edit an Office document is the JobRouter Attachment element.
Please note: If you are using Office Online in the Microsoft Cloud, only the Attachment element can be used for the display and editing of Office documents.
If you uploaded an Office document in the JobRouter workflow and saved it in a process table, you then may open and edit it with the Attachment field function.
Send step with attachment
You may have to login to Office Online with your login data.
You can activate the option Stay logged in to avoid another display of this message.
Office login
The document is displayed in the right area either in edit or display mode. The logged in user is considered as author or Office user.
Integration display
Edit the document as your discretion and click Send to save the changes.
Please note: If another person wants to simultaneously open a step, where an Office document has been loaded, a notice is displayed, stating that the document is currently edited.
