The E-mail module allows you to send e-mails from a system step. You can send the e-mail to any number of recipients, and they can have any number of attachments. You can control your Process by having the step wait for the successful transmission of the e-mail.
You can choose between two different types of e-mail dispatch.

Please note: If you use user-specific variables (example: [jr_language], [jr_email]... ) in the email fields such as subject or email text, these will only be resolved if you use the function Send email to JobRouter user.
