A list of available Job Functions is displayed in the cell in either a drop-down list or in a textbox that allows Job Functions to be entered. Auto completion can be turned on during entry. Additionally, a search button optionally placed next to the element can used to open a search list, where the user can search for the name and description of the Job Function.
