Introduction
The system activity allows process designers to use all fields of all Parashift document classes in the system activity configuration. This makes it easier to integrate and configure the document classes in different processes. This guide describes how to set up the system activity configuration and how to use the various input and output parameters.
How it works
With the system activity configuration, process designers can integrate each document class to which they have access with their tenant stored in the license as a separate system activity function.
Requirements
Access to the Parashift platform is not required for simple use (black box) of the integration.
Access is required for the training of documents. Please ask your JobRouter® contact person about this.
Please note: The decimal values supplied by Parashift can contain up to four decimal places. It is therefore recommended that the corresponding table fields in the process are also created with four decimal places.
