Each selected document class has its own information specific to the document class, which can be used in the further course.
The scope and content of these fields and field groups is not defined in JobRouter, but results from the document class configuration in Parashift.
The following applies to the provision of parameters:
•A section is displayed for each field group
•The resource (process or sub-table) depends on the “Repeatable” option in Parashift
•The data type of the respective field is specified by Parashift
•The name of the section and the fields is specified by Parashift
Here is an example using payment terms:

Please note: Changes to the field group or individual fields are not automatically transferred to the system activity configuration
These changes must be applied manually by calling up the configuration again, changing the affected fields and saving them again!
