Description

When you define the first user step in the process, it is automatically designated as a start step.

The start step appears in JobRouters start box for the user or Job Function members.

This step contains no form and will be automatically executed without being seen by the user.

Decision

A decision has only one rule and no form.

Parallelization start

The parallelization step is at the beginning of a instance.

Parallelization start steps can have rules, but no forms.

Parallelization end

Use this step to merge the parallelization steps. How to create and merge parallelization steps read chapter Parallelism.
