End of support for DocuWare versions < 6.7 and GAPI interface
DocuWare versions < 6.7 are no longer supported. Support for the deprecated DocuWare GAPI interface has been removed. Existing connections to DocuWare 6.7 that use GAPI interface must be changed to Platform Service connection.
The configuration option System connection via database is obsolete and no longer available for the new connections. It will be completely removed in the next JobRouter version. Therefore it is recommended to change the configuration to Platform Services in time.
Changes in Version 5.1
Consideration of the system-wide list with allowed of forbidden file extensions
The function Export document as attachment of the DocuWare system action takes into account the system-wide list of file extensions. However, this only applies to connections via DocuWare Platform Services, not via GAPI.
An empty document ID no longer shows a document in the DocuWare web client
In release 5.1.17: With DocuWare dialog elements, if the document ID (DWDOCID) is not set, an error page is displayed. The DocuWare integration is not displayed if the document ID (DWDOCID) is not set.
Changes in Version 5.0
In the course of the update to version <%JOBROUTER_VERSION%> the elements and functions listed here were marked as obsolete.
DocuWare integration
The display of the obsolete DocuWare Windows client via VBScript is not supported by JobRouter any more. This means that the form and subtable view element DW_SHOW_DOCUMENT as well as the respective JobSelect column type are not available any longer. If the system contains existing DW_SHOW_DOCUMENT elements, they must be converted into DWWEBCLIENT_SHOW_DOCUMENT before updating the system.
Changes in Version 4.3
The menu for managing connections revised
The Edit DocuWare connection menu has been revised. For example, the checkbox for the Platform Services is automatically set for new connections. Description respectively labels have been updated.
DocuWare System Actions
In DocuWare system actions the setting Search for last document version has been added to JobRouter version 4.3.3 and higher.
Connection via DocuWare Platform Services
As of JobRouter version 4.3.4, it is possible to retrieve the DocuWare archive configuration via DocuWare Platform Services.

Export as PDF file with annotation
For the functions Export documents to attachment and Export document to path it can now be defined if the document should be exported as PDF file with annotations.
