E-Invoice is integrated into a process via the corresponding system activity. It contains the following functions:
•Read ZUGFeRD/Factur-X/XRechnung invoices: Read data from ZUGFeRD, Factur-x or XRechnung compliant invoices and import them into the process.
•Extend PDF with ZUGFeRD 1.0 invoice: A ZUGFeRD compliant invoice can be recreated based on process data and already existing invoices in PDF format.
•Extend PDF with ZUGFeRD 2.1/Factur-X: An existing PDF file is embedded with additional XML with the same content so that the file is Factur-X compliant.
•Create XRechnung in UNCEFACT/CII format: An XRechnung compliant invoice can be created based on process data.
