The E-Invoice module includes a system activity and extends JobRouter by functions to read and create invoices according to the ZUGFeRD standard, a standardized format for electronic invoices. This format allows to submit all invoice data in a PDF document.
The function Read allows reading invoice data of a ZUGFeRD compliant invoice that are transferred in process and subtables and can be further processed.
The function Create allows generating ZUGFeRD compliant invoices from process data. Thereby an already existing PDF invoice can be extended.
A license is necessary for the module E-Invoice to read a ZUGFeRD invoice with item data and to create a ZUGFeRD invoice.
The system activity of the E-Invoice module is already included the scope of delivery of JobRouter and can be used without the need for an additional installation.
To execute the module, the additional JobActivity server component has to be installed.
