Box action functions can be assigned to box actions in the process inboxes configuration menu (see chapter on Creating and modifying inboxes of the Workflow Design manual). They are triggered by the workflow user when the corresponding entry for a box action is selected in the drop-down menu of the process inbox. This enables the integration of custom functionalities for instances in process inboxes.
Please note: After performing the box action function all selected steps will be sent automatically. If this is not desired, the sending of individual steps can be prevented with the function removeWorkflowId.
