With the SMASHDOCs module you can integrate the innovative SMASHDOCs technology in JobRouter processes. SMASHDOCs enables the creation, editing and production of professional documents jointly with other users. This makes this module particularly suitable for creation and release processes of documents, such as contracts, process instructions, or press releases. Thereby, not only text, but also tables and images can be integrated in the document. The outstanding feature here is the working in a consistent format and the automated formatting of the documents at the end of the processes in the target layout. So at the end it is e.g. possible to create press releases automatically in the appropriate format and clip them to the process. The extensive transfer of the documents in a target layout could so be eliminated. Additionally, all modifications and comments are displayed in the document during the editing. They can be approved individually or collectively by a reviewer.
The integration in JobRouter is performed simply via an own dialog element together with a system activity. So e.g. it is possible to create a new document via the system activity. Then it can be called and edited by the user easily via the SMASHDOCs button. In another workflow step e.g. the revision can also be performed by a document call via the dialog element. Then the document is exported and attached to the JobRouter process for further editing, release or publication.
