Prerequisites

The add-in is free of charge and requires no further licensing in JobRouter.
The add-in can be installed for the following versions of Outlook:

Outlook 2013 or newer (Windows)

Outlook 2013 or newer (macOS)

Outlook (Microsoft 365) on Windows

Outlook (Microsoft 365) on macOS

Outlook on the web

Please note: The Outlook categories JR_Archived and JR_Process must be created manually in Outlook before use. The category name must match exactly so that the add-in can recognise the categories.

Installation

Open any email in your Outlook application and click on the icon:JobRouter_for_Outlook_Addin_Symbol
Then click on "Add Apps" and search for "JobRouter" in the new window. Select the add-in and click on "Add."

You can use the following link to access the add-in administration directly: Manage Apps
In the search mask, enter JobRouter as the search term, navigate to the add-in and click on "Add".

Uninstall

To uninstall the add-in, click on the following link: Manage Apps
Navigate to "My Add-Ins" on the left-hand side and search for "JobRouter for Outlook". In the tile, click on JobRouter_for_Outlook_Addin_more_Symboland then on Remove.
