The JobRouter Sign module integrates eSignAnyWhere - a platform of the Namirial company, which serves the purpose of electronic signing of business documents - in JobRouter. So the insecure and time-intensive sending of documents via post or the printing and scanning of documents, which need to be signed, can be avoided. The module is particularly suitable for the signing of internal documents, authorizations, employment contracts, and other papers, which must be signed by multiple persons, who are not at the same locations. The module is characterized by its easy handling and specific security.
JobRouter Sign offers the following advantages:
•Possibility to use Word templates,
•simple and secure transfer of documents to be signed to all persons involved via the Cloud,
•freely selectable number of internal and external signers,
•compliance with the given signing order and monitoring of response deadlines,
•delivery of the signed document to the sender, incl. an audit report.
The JobRouter integration is simply performed through an own system activity and a dialog integration. So it is possible to start e.g. a signature process via the system activity in eSignAnyWhere, whereupon the document can be opened and signed by the user via the dialog integration. In another step the signing of the document through an external, involved person, who receives the document via e-mail, can be performed. After the external signature is given, the completely signed document, together with the action log, will be downloaded and attached to the JobRouter process in JobArchive, e.g. for further processing.
The JobRouter Sign module can be licensed in two versions:JobRouter Sign and JobLink für Namirial. The two versions differ in their technical configuration, range of functions, and the supported signature types. For further information please see the respective chapters of the Administrator manual and in the Process design manual. To simplify the documentation we only use JobRouter Sign hereinafter. We make a separate reference, if we describe functions and settings of JobLink für Namirial.
