•The SOAP interface of eSignAnyWhere will no longer be available in the future. From JobRouter version 5.2. onwards, the connection to eSignAnyWhere will therefore be changed from SOAP to REST API. In case of a local installation of eSignAnyWhere, the REST API URL to eSignAnyWhere is made in the menu Configuration -> Modules -> JobLink for Namirial.
Please note: With a JobRouter Sign licence, no settings need to be made.
•Batch Signature: With the batch signing the recipient can decide if he/she wants to sign all signatures within a document at once or each by each.
•Status text in step details: A process owner (someone who has access to the steps and the instance overview to see the details of each step) can see more detailed information for the JobRouter Sign system activity steps.
•Show used and remaining envelopes: For the JobRouter Sign module, you can view the used and remaining envelopes in the Admin monitor.
•Test button: With the Test button you can test the connection to Rest- Cloud API and endpoint.
•Multiple documents can now be sent and signed at the same time. Only one envelope is consumed in the instance.
•It is possible to apply a biometric signature on the document.
•Documents can be downloaded directly from eSignAnyWhere by the user during the signing process.
•Waiting for signature: A process owner or administrator can now see in the step which signature is being waited for. (User Email)
