A Form is the user interface or a view that allows the user to view and edit data. This means that a form can provide information for the user, e.g. images, documents from JobArchive or file attachments and data that was entered in a previous step. See chapter Integrations.
Furthermore, a form can accept data and files from the user via input options (form elements). This can be an invoice, for example, whose data the user edits in the form.
A process can consist of several steps. The process designer can create a separate form for each user step (start step, public start and user activity).
Forms therefore serve as an interface between the JobRouter® system and the user.
Note:
With version 2024.1, the new variant for modern forms is available to process designers in addition to the previous classic form designer.
As a result, a distinction is made in the manual between forms (classic) and forms (modern).
In the main menu of the JobRouter® Designer under Workflow you can get an overview of the available forms by clicking on forms (classic) or forms (modern).
Note on dialogs (modern) in version 2024.1:
In version 2024.1, only public start steps are currently available. Furthermore, not all dialog elements and functions are currently available.
