The Workflow Designer is the design environment of JobRouter. Use the Designer to create and edit your individual process. In the following you learn how JobRouter processes are structured and how you can map your own business processes. You need no programming knowledge.
Use the Process Flowchart to create single steps with user forms fast. forms that are used to display process data. The user or Job Functions can edit the steps of a process. Use the Form Editor to fast and easily map single steps. Rules control the dynamic flow of the steps. Additionally, you can integrate your own scripts and functions. You can flexible create your process.
The JobTimer add-on module allows you to escalate processes. You can predetermine processing deadlines for the processes and steps or create them dynamically. For further information See chapter Escalations (JobTimer Module).
The optional JobTable add-on module allows you to store various data per process step using so-called subtables, which are additional process tables in which you can store, for example, position data of an invoice. For further information See chapter Subtables & Subtable Views (JobTable Module).
