Using process preferences you can apply process-global as well as process-local preferences. One the one hand, you can specify global configurations and database connections in JobRouter preferences (see the JobRouter Administration Manual). These preferences can then be used in all processes that you develop in JobRouter Designer. You don't have to establish configuration parameters or make a database link for each individual process. On the other hand, you can define centralized preferences for your process in JobRouter Designer. You can create and modify individual process preferences in process properties, and you see the changes under processes in Admin Tools. Use Job Function assignment to integrate chosen Job Functions from JobRouter in your process (See chapter Job Functions).
Load different language data into your system via JobRouter configuration (see the JobRouter Administration Manual).
Please note: Multi-lingual capabilities are only available with the licensed module JobMultilingual.
You can use the individual language versions in JobRouter Designer to model your process multilingual. Set up messages in Process Messages for all available process languages, and the user will receive a message in forms, rules, or PHP functions translated into the appropriate language. Access the process messages, configuration, database links, and Job Function assignments via the Designer navigation menu, whereas the form windows for a multilingual environment and process properties are in the overview in the Designer navigation menu.
