The escalation actions take weekends and holidays into account as follows, depending on type and time unit:
•After the start date: For the time unit Days, the action date will be moved forward by the number of holidays and weekend days.
•Before the escalation date: For the time unit Days or Percent, the action date will be moved to the next work day.
•After the escalation date: For the time unit Days, the action date will be moved forward by the number of holidays and weekend days.
•All other escalation action types and time units do not take holidays or weekends into account.
The escalation actions take the postpone date into account as follows:
•The escalation types that refer to the start date take the postpone date into account.
•The escalation types that refer to the escalation date do not take the postpone date into account.
