You can create individual inboxes for every process. A user's inbox can display general information, such as process name or the descriptions for individual steps, or even field values from the process table. The user has a convenient overview of the essential information for a task. You can create any number of inboxes for a process. If you have defined process categories, you can assign the inboxes of these categories to subfolders (See the JobRouter User Manual for more about categories). You also assign each of the inboxes to a Job Function, and the inboxes appear in the JobRouter user menu for each member of that Job Function.
