In process messages, you define central messages that can be used in forms, rules, scripts, PHP functions and e-mail texts.
If you have established a multilingual capability for your process, you can lay out these messages in all available process languages. You can read more about multilingual capability in the Previous chapter.
Use of variables
JobRouter variables such as [jr_username] as well as process and form fields can also be used in process messages under certain conditions. Step-specific variables are only resolved correctly if the process message is used in a step context (e.g. form). If there is no step context, only system variables are supported (e.g. naming process box columns).
