Extension of the JobMind Cloud Analyse function
The JobMind Cloud Analyse function offers you the possibility to provide a JobMind Bau package. With JobMind Bau you can correct invoices on theJobRouter surface and generate a corrected invoice. Therefore you only have to download the JobMind Bau package from the Analyse function into the dialog element.
Please note: A separate license is required for the JobMind Bau module.
Extension of the JobMind receiver table (JRJOBMINDRECIPIENTS)
The primary key for the JRJOBMINDRECIPIENTS table was converted to the new field re_pk, to enable the use of multiple invoice addresses for one receiver number or accounting area.
Please note: This new data structure is not taken into account in the JobMind Head analysis. Here an unambiguous receiver number (re_recipient_no) is required!

JobMind Cloud Analyse
With the JobMind Cloud Analyse function invoice documents can be submitted to JobMind Cloud for an analysis. After an invoice was successfully analyzed, the extraction results can be read back in the form of process table and subtable fields.
In the release 5.1.9, JobMind Cloud Analyse was extended by a new return parameter and an optional insert parameter, enabling the bypassing of the verification step.

Identification of credit notes
The analysis component of JobMind Head is now also able to differentiate between invoices and credit notes. For this a new parameter has been added that is able to return information to the workflow. Thanks to this parameter e.g. the further processing of the workflow can be managed or index data (such as die document type) can be generated for archiving.
Changes in version 3.9
Project specific extensions
The configuration of the system activity was expanded, now allowing to execute project specific extensions. It is now possible to select an extension as input parameter of the Read head data function.
The new function Execute Extension can be used to only execute a specific extension and to skip the head data analysis.
Read order number
The function Read Head Data now returns also the order number. It is possible to return either the first order number that was found or a list of all order numbers that were found.
