The dialog designer for modern dialogs offers a convenient way to create dialogs.
(1) Main menu > "Forms (modern)"
The form designer for modern forms can be found in the main menu under Forms (modern).
(2) Workspace
You design your form in the workspace.
(3) Toolbox
The toolbox contains the layout and form elements to design your form.
